Arayes – Pita bread sandwiches stuffed with minced lamb, or chicken, or cheese, tomato, onion and other spices. It is good starter of your meal.

Umm Ali – sumptuous pastry (bread, or puff pastry) blended with pistachios, coconut flakes, raisins and sugar, milk, sometimes with cream, poured over the mixture, which is then sprinkled with cinnamon.
